Can I visit your store?

How long does delivery take?
Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium usually take 1-3 business days. Delivery to other European countries may take slightly longer.
What if my package is delivered damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, contact to us immediately. Under EU law, we are responsible for ensuring the product arrives in good condition. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Take photos of the damage and report it as soon as possible. Please make contact within 48hours otherwise we cannot do anything about it.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
At the moment, we only deliver within Europe. We are continuously working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer delivery outside Europe in the future.
Returns and Warranty
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. Contact our customer service to start the return process. Within 14 days you wil receive the money back.
